This is the second time Ive received a shipment from Nordstrom that was packaged poorly..which is disappointing..that being said, these are so cute I now own two pair. (1 brown, one black) Go down a size..just as with the regular Uggs. This style is a home run!

My UGGS were on back order, so I waited patiently for my boots to arrive. I was so excited when I opened the box and could not wait to put them on and go shopping. But, after reading the care guide realized they needed to be treated before I could wear them. Bummer, that meant waiting until I made a trip to the store to buy the care kit and then waiting another 24 hours, (as suggested by the instructions) before I could wear my new boots. It took the shine off the apple for me and I still have not worn them. These boots are expensive enough and should come with the care kit included.

I ordered these blackberry wine(wonderful color) Baily uggs which are my first uggs I normally take a size 9.5 but they only come in whole sizes so I ordered the next size down. I ordered these because I am in japan and it get pretty cold at night and I have to do lots of walking by the time I reach home my toes are frozen. These boot I have found to be so soft and a little to warm at times. They are a little over priced$$$ but I love them thus far. I will see how it goes after a little more wear. I read that they stretch out.... As for now they are the perfect fit. Love!
