THIS IS A BOOT THAT I DO NOT WANT TO TAKE OFF, OOO SO COMFY. DID TAKE A SIZE SMALLER, I WEAR AN 8, BOUGHT THIS UG BOOT IN A 7, PERFECT FIT.

I'm a 9.5, ordered 9 as instructed and that was right-on. A bit wide, but not a problem, my feet don't slide out or anything. The opening for the button might make them looser that regular UGGs, but these are my first pair so no way to compare. Ordered online, picked them up in store at Customer Service and that was much easier than buying in-store (though if the online confirmation told me where CS was, that would have saved even more time).

THIS IS THE BOOT!! ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. I HAVE MANY PAIRS OF THE CLASSIC UGGS AND THIS ONE FAR SURPASSES THEM ALL. I WEAR THEM UP , UNBUTTONED. IT'S A PLEASURE TO BE ABLE TO TUCK YOUR PANTS INSIDE THE BOOT, WHICH YOU REALLY CAN'T DO WITH THE CLASSICS. I ORDERED BLACK AND GREY AND IT'S LIKE PUTTING YOUR FOOT INTO A BED OF MINK. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GOING A SIZE DOWN. THIS IS PROBABLY THE MOST COMFORTABLE AND WARM BOOT AROUND, MAKING WINTER A PLEASURE! A MUST!!!!!!!!

These are the 1st pair of Uggs I've ever owned & I now understand what all the fuss is about! They keep my feet warm, which is really saying something since they're always cold! They're also very comfortable! I did use the stain protectant on the boots, but haven't had the chance to see if it works yet. All in all worth the price!
