Like all of my UGGs, these were so comfortable the moment i tried them on. I really like the button closure. The color on the website is exactly what I received. Fit is perfect.
I love uggs!! First I want to give a compliment for the staff at the Nordstrom at Pentagon City customer service staff I purchased my uggs on thanksgiving online and picked them up from the store the associates there are awesome fantastic nice excellent customer service !!when I arrived they couldn't find my item they apologized and explained to me about what had happened and told me that they had to find my item ..they took there time went out there way to look for my product .I was there for awhile I understood because it was Black Friday and I know how that is busy.Uggs are so warm and comfortable I've brought 4 pairs each year from nordstroms
