The boots were a gift for my granddaughter. Got the wrong size the first time. Looking forward to some difficulty getting an exchange but there was none. Zero! Zilch! From the moment Customer Service answered the phone(Amanda) I was floored with the exceptional service. Made 2 subsequent calls and got the same excellent service. Price was competitive which I did not expect. Will definitely shop at Nordstrom's again!

Prosthe new uggs ☛, 100% polyester, 100% wool, genuine sheepski
Very disappointed in this new UGGPure material. This is what I see on the clear sticker tags of my recently purchased chestnut bailey boots "100% Polyester, 100% Wool, Genuine Sheepskin (purchased from Nordstrom). The tags of my old classic boots read, "Genuine Leather and Genuine Sheepskin" (also from Nordstrom). I've had my old uggs for about 8 yrs now and they are still very much alive despite wearing them often. My new boots made with uggpure material seem very cheap and I don't expect them to last much.
I'm ok if UGG increases prices just as long as they don't decrease the quality of the boots.

I purchased these for my tween and she absolutely loves them! They're not too grown up and she can wear them with her school uniform. Everybody's happy! Win-Win.
