I ordered these Uggs on-line. I received exactly what I wanted in very quick time. I also like knowing that the recipient of this gift can easily exchange them in her home town.
So when I first wanted to buy a pair of UGG boots, I was planning to buy it directly from the website because I didn't want to get a fake if I was paying that much money. So I told my friends and they told me to go to Nordstrom because they have free returns, because if I buy them and don't end up liking them then you can go back in and return them. No fuss no hassle. So that's what I did. I went into my local Nordstrom and sat down on a chair and a very nice sales person came over to help me find the right pair of shoes for me that day. I mentioned that I was looking at the short bailey button UGGs in the chocolate brown color in a size 8. He brought them back really quickly and I tried them on and instantly fell in love. It was so soft, they fit perfectly, and the button on the side made them so much cuter! I bought them right away. At the counter the sales man asked me if I would like to purchase the care box for the UGGs and I said sure why not. I have had my UGGs for 3 years and they look pretty new still. It is a really good, we'll made product. I really appreciated the great customer service I received in Nordstrom. I recommend this product to EVERYONE!
I wore these boots to Canada while it was snowing and below zero. My feet remained warm because of the lining. My walks were easy because they were so comfortable.
