I always go to Nordstoms for my wifes gifts - ordering online is now my preferred method. I've ordered quite a few things and have yet to have an issue... even better is that if I did have an issue I can return it to the Nordstroms store!

I was so excited when I opened thebox. The boots were exactly what I was hoping for. They are for mygranddaughter for Christmas and she has been asking for them for months. I know they will fit because her mother wears the same size and they fit her, so I know I will have one HAPPY Granddaughter this Christmas! Thanks Nordstrom!

I own 3 pairs of Uggs and I bought this pair for my daughter. She loves them and the advice that Nordstrom has added about these to buy the next size down if you're in between sizes was great advice. They're a hit and even came before the estimated shipping date which was another huge plus.
