I am trying these and can see an improvement in my skin and hair after ten days. I bought these at the sale price and can't afford them long term. The cost is prohibitive. Otherwise, I would give more stars
I feel guilty for spending this much on supplements because most respected scientists say over and over most are generally a scam and waste of money. However I feel like these do work even though I take one pack per day instead of the recommended two packs per day. (Geez, I'm jealous of anyone that can afford to do that!) I'm assuming these scientists are talking about cheaply made, perhaps certain mass produced vitamins? Or ones that are from mom and pop companies with no scientific oversight? Anyway, as ridiculous as I feel plunking down mu hard earned money on these, I will continue to purchase these for as long as I can kind of afford it! At the Anniversary price I did buy 3 boxes so I'll be good for the next 6 months!
