I’ve religious taken these vitamins for 8 years and I absolutely loved them. Recently they have changed. They do nothing now and are made differently and not the quality they once were. So disappointing. When Perricone was purchased by a cut rate company I was concerned this would happen... and here we are.
I take one pack a day with my lunch. There are alot of pills so I choose once a day. I feel wonderful when I take these supplements. Knee pain is gone, energy increased, skin looks great. I thought it was my imagination but felt back to crummy when I missed taking them. They’re expensive but I will buy again.
I don’t do reviews but this one is my third box . If you can afford it and get pass the idea of swallowing all this pills I think is beyond worth it . The amount of energy that gives me during the day . I was always tired exhausted just not interested in anything else other than sitting down and save energy for when the kids come home . Even depressed with muscle pain my whole body hurt. I was able to go to New York for a few days and I made sure I got my vitamins with me . No more muscle pain no more I want to stay home . I stared my first box just taking less than a packet a day then little by little I started finishing the whole packet now I am taking two a day with food and rest after I take them so they don’t upset my stomach but for sure early in the morning not after 3 because I will be up the whole night . I hope someone else will find hope in this vitamins like I did . Other wise you can still take them back to Nordstrom I remember I got them years ago and never took them I returned at that time .
