I purchased my first Birks on May of 2020. I’m disappointed that the strap broke so soon considering the positive reviews on the quality of your product. I have not worn this pair much. I didn’t mind paying $99 for them because of the great reviews from friends who bought the same pair! I really thought it was a good buy bc of your reputation…@Birkenstock and @Nordstrom is there a way to have you repair?
My favorite Birks! I just had to buy a second pair because the pup destroyed the first. Love the color, the style and they go with everything. Very comfy.

I bought these wanting to hate them. I first stalked them on HSN, and then the Birkenstock Website, and then finally took the plunge at Nordys, thanks to their generous return policy. I couldn't stomach spending over 100 bucks on corkboard. I figured if I finally buy them, think they're hideous, and that itch will be scratched and I'll never think of them again. Yeah. Well. That's not exactly what happened.. As soon as I put them on, I knew I was done. I knew I was in trouble and I was keeping them. I didn't really have the "break in" period so many people have talked about. They were pretty much golden right out of the box. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I may or may not be looking for other styles! I guess I'm a fan!
This was my first pair of birkenstocks. I bought them for a vaction to Europe that required a lot of walking. It's summer and sneakers get too hot plus I wanted something cute to wear with dresses. These were great. Took a week or so to break in but light to pack and comfortable to walk in all day.
