I like to clean my brushes especially the ones used for your eyes (who wants an unwanted stye?) but I read cleaning them too often will shorten the lifespan and believe me for the money spent that's the last thing you'd want. So I picked this up and it supposed to be for in between washings to prolong the use of your brushes. I did some research and if your using brushes on other people this may not be the best product since you should fully cleanse after each use. it's an oil based spray which moisturizers the brushes and breaks down the pigments and makeup. I think having a disinfectant or alcohol would dry out the brushes. It's great for other brushes I use daily as well.

I didn't use this product, as after I ordered it (my bad), I discovered that it didn't seem to contain a disinfectant as some other products do.
This spray cleaner works great for keeping your brushes from getting too gunked up between washings. Not a substitute for regular cleanings with soap and water, but great for your concealer and foundation brushes.
I love this brush cleaning spray. It is quick... it doesn't add much time to your make up routine. It is easy.. just spray on the makeup brush tip, wipe on tissue a few time. It is clean... I used a darker eyeshadow over the weekend and neutral color the next day for work, the brush doesn't have any dark residue and it is clean like a new brush.
