This lipstick is smooth as silk and comes in a beautiful case with mirror.

This would be a perfect lipstick and case if you could only refill it. It offends my sensibilities to replace it--environmentally untenable.

Proscreamy, moisturizing
This is my 3rd Rouge G de Guerlain lipstick and it is a beautiful red with slight shimmer, Grisela 47. You can tell it is a high quality product--it feels different when applied--it is creamy, but well pigmented and the only thing holding me back from a whole wardrobe of Rouge G lipsticks is how heavy the lovely case is. Oh and probably how much it costs. I'm worth it. In my hunt for the perfect red for me, this may be the winner.
I once read that Guerlain offerings are not just makeup but trophies. They consistently deliver high quality product in luxurious packaging you can't help but want to show off. I love to bring out the sleek compact case for touch-ups, although I rarely need them with this formula. It's slightly hydrating - even on my very dry lips - and lasts perfectly for hours. No other formula compares.
