I have been using MAC powders for years, but I have always purchased the tinted versions. A couple of weeks ago when I ran out of my lighter "winter" color, I went online to buy a new one. To my surprise, it doesn't look like they manufacture that one anymore. I got this one instead based on the reviews. I like it much better than the othe one I was using. As another reviewer mentioned, for those of us with oiler skin, it works better than any product I have tried. Works especially well with a couple of new Estee Lauder products. For the first time ever, I do not have a shiny face after a couple of hours. Looking forward to trying it just over my moisturizer. Only complaint it the size of the container. I preferred the larger one of my old powder just because it was easier to work with. This one is smaller, but harder to handle simply because of the size.
I can't say enough about this prep and prime powder! Not only does it keep makeup out of my fine lines, it gives my face a glow that I can't get with anything else! It's like my makeup has just been applied all day long! I'm a customer for life!!
This is the first powder that actually keeps my oily skin looking clean and fresh throughout an eight hour day. I'm going to try the pressed version next. Love MAC!!

After buying over 40 face powders, pressed, loose, every type and finnish i,ve seen my search is over, lol. I,m 50,s and every powder I find (highend) would settle into my fine lines and wrinkle making them worst till now. This powder is perfect, for me and for anyone that wants to use a powder to set their makeup don't don't want every little line to stand, plus since it,s a white powder it's invisible so it doesn't change my makeup.another plus it actually does help blur the look of fine lines. Makes my whole complection look better. The only down s idea is that i,d like a HUGE compac of this loose powder, lol. The price is more than reasonable, I can buy 3 or 4 of this powder compared to some other highend brands.
