This eye pencil does a good job staying in place, just like it says. I like the smudger and it glides on smoothly. I like it also because it can be sharpened to a sharp tip. Excellent pencil, bought it in two colors.

Like the color, it's not as harsh as the black. Blends well with eye shadow. The new formula is softer, so when you sharpen it, you go through it faster. That's the only bad thing.
