I had ordered a size that was one band size up. When I received the order I was disappointed that the cup size was ill fitting. I had a seamless return at the store where I was advised by the lingerie dept that when you go up a band the cup size goes up as well. She quickly assisted me in ordering an exchange in proper sizing for what I intended. I await this order.

I loved the bra except for the fabric puckering so it didn't lay flat and then could be seen under clothes.
Soft cups mean the fabric folds and bunches. It is minimizing but does not offer a smooth silhouette and therefore does not work under fitted tees or knits
