Good quality shoe but not what I ordered

I received these shoes as a Christmas present but since I already owned a pair in brown, I didn't want another pair in black. I returned them to the store and they were going to ship me a solid black style with no perforated trim from another store as they didn't have a pair in stock. Unfortunately, when the shoes arrived, they shipped the same exact pair I returned. Great shoe overall, just not what I ordered. Now I have to go back to the mall to return them and make another attempt to get the right shoe. Sounds like a simple task although finding the time to do so is another matter.
Great shoe but definitely had to go down a size. Still a bit loose in the fit. Great sole, no slipping around.

I love the look (especially the color) of these shoes. Unfortunately, they are pretty uncomfortable and I can only stand wearing them about once a week. They're also tight and difficult to remove. They look great though!
