Eye Hope

Why is Philosophy discontinuing this product? It seems that every time I find a product that I like, it gets discontinued.
I do agree with the comment below about the foil sample packet of Eye Hope burning when applied. The regular full size of this item does not do that nor does it cause redness around my eyes. There is something not right about the sample of this product.
Please don't stop Eye Hope

I see a difference!!

I had several sample packets that I had been saving so that I could use this product for a longer period of time then just one sample gives you. I really noticed a BIG difference. The puffiness is almost gone. The dark circles are less noticeable and the wrinkles are all gone. I been told by someone who hasn't seen me in a year that I look younger. I recommend that you try this product.

OK, but mainly for using any eye cream for the 1st time

In MY opinion, Philosophy products can do no wrong. ALL their products are amazing and do what they are made to do, and again in MY opinion, I think a person should starrt using eye creams in their upper 20's and early to mid 30's even though they might not see any fine lines or wrinkles...yet ! Ifa man or woman is in their early to mid 20's to their 30's, then I would suggest to start to use an eye cream as a preventative, get a head start before one finally does begin to see the beginnings of fine lines and dark circles under their eyes. Philosophy's " Eye Hope " is an eye cream that is made mainly for only THREE issues of the areas of the eyes, fine lines, puffiness and dark circles, and it hasbeen proven to do just that in their research studies of this product and this would be GREAT for a woman or a man that are using an eye cream for the first time and/ or before they were 30 years old. By the time a person has hit 30 years old they could possible need a "stronger and more functional " eye cream. The other areas of the eye that will need to eventually be addressed are more fine lines, wrinkles, the beginnings of crow's feet and the area ABOVE the eyes, especially if the skin above their eyes between their upper eyes and their eyebrows is starting to droop or is not as "tight" or firm as it once was, then an eye cream that addresses fine lines, wrinkles, dark circles, puffiness and also an eye cream to help firm that skin bewtween the upper eyes and eyebrows before it gets to the point to where it is literally hanging down right above the upper part of the eye. SO, dark circles, fine lines and puffiness, then this Eye Hope is for you, but if you need an eye cream for other issues, like fine lines AND wrinkles and the befginnings of "crows feet" then start to look at Philosophy's other eye products, the eye products with Retinol to help build collagen to help get rid of fine lines and wrinkles or the Full Of Promise Eye Cream which has a dual chamber and it specifically treats the upper AND lower areas of the eyes. It has ingredients for the upper eye area, ingredients to help firm that skin between the upper eye and eyebrows and also to help to stop and get rid of the beginnings of crepiness above the eyes, and it also has a treatment for the Under eye areas, helping to get rid of dark circles, puffiness, fine lines and wrinkles and also to help firm that skin to help prevent crepiness under the eyes. As I stated, Philosophy can do now wrong in MY eyes, so read about what their other eye creams are made to do and pick one out for the issues of the eyes that are happening to you and if you still are not sure which eye cream to buy and use, call Philosophy, and I can say this with 100% certainty and honesty, Philosophy's customer service representatives are THE BEST CS REPS that I have EVER talked to when I have questions about their products, especially with the newer Philosophy products, and they are more than happy to help you with whatever questions you might have...they will NOT try to " sell you " the more expensive eye cream, they will help you out to figure out what they think would be a good eye product for you to try, one that addresses the questions you might have about using an eye cream for dark circles and fine lines, or loose, " droopy " skin above the eyes...etc... Philosophy's Customer Service Representatives are more then happy to help you and they are extremely knowledgeable about each and every Philosophy product...the number is 1-800- 568-3151...and they are open between Monday-Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Not a winner for me - one of the few

My skincare routine is about 95% philosophy products. It's rare I come across something I don't love and buy again and again. This, unfortunately, is one of those rare products. My skin is very dry, and there's just something about this cream that makes the skin around my eyes look incredibly crepe-y. I tried it in a sample once awhile back and noticed it, and thought maybe it was a fluke since I had brought the packet with me while traveling and perhaps I was just out of my normal routine and it was affecting my skin. I recently began using it again via a deluxe sample I received with the same result. Hope in a Tube and Miracle Worker eye creams work MUCH better for me. I don't know how it would work over time since the immediate results make this product a non-starter for me.
