I don't know what is up with this style in the gold color, but I give up!
This is the third pair of pumps in the gold that I have received damaged. The leather on the first pair was wrinkled and scuffed. The second pair had a huge scratch on one of them, and the third pair was also scuffed up on the leather uppers so I sent them back. At this price, I expect them to be perfect!
Also, I ordered the first pair a half size up, per the instructions on the website, and they were too big.
I could have saved myself a lot of frustration if Nordstrom would simply carry these in the store to see and try on.

Beautiful Shoe!

Prosclassic, beautiful dress
I don't usually like silver shoes, but these were beautiful. I wore them with a royal blue lace dress to a wedding.
They were fairly comfortable, not for lots of walking or dancing, but for standing.
They were pricey, but with such a classic style I will have them for a long time.

Prosuncomfortable
The Chantelle Pump is so beautiful....but very uncomfortable. I had lusted after them for two years gave in and ordered them but sent them back way to expensive to be just to look at.

Prosstunning, lace on your fee
This shoe is so beautiful and elegant!! I bought it in aluminum. The fit was good and true to size. I wear a wide so I was worried if it would hurt my foot but it did not. I did have to return them because the heel was too high for me; only because I have a bad back. Believe me, I wanted to keep them just to look at them! The price made me think that might be a bad idea!!
