I love Burbery in general . If you like this style of bags( as this may be a personal preference), then you would like it in person. The quality and design are all fine.

I have owned Burberry products for the last 20 years. My Burberry bag is now is about 15 years old and is still in good condition, but I decided it was time for an update. I loved the look of this bag online, but was very disappointed with its quality when it arrived. The zipper is very difficult to use. It does not glide, but gets stuck. The horses were upside down on one side of the bag. For this amount of money, they should take the time to care about proper positioning of their emblems. The inside was not leather, but inexpensive material.

Straps slide off shoulder easily

This bag used to be made with all leather. Now since its pvc with a little bit of leather trim it's not the same feel and look as I remember the same bag having at the store several months ago. The straps hold an awkward crooked shape with not much "fluidity". They wont's even mold to my shoulder since they are so crooked and stiff. This makes the bag look fake and cheap. Definitely not worth the price at even half off. Was not impressed by this handbag because it's made very differently than it was before.
great handbag,colors goes with everything. love the feet on the bottom, love the pockets inside for cell phones and keys. Love that you can zip it up, and it isn't too big and not too little, so great size for everyday use. i gave it 4 stars for it has a funky smell to it, i hope the smell goes away soon.
