These are my fourth pair of Frye boots and in reality, nothing comes close to beating this brand for the style you're going for. Sturdy, hearty, and perfectly styled.

I'm pregnant and possibly slightly swollen. I had read reviews that these may be tight in the calf. But, wasn't expecting this snug. I am petite and have never needed an "extended calf." When measuring my calves, the extended size would be too large. So, I opted for these and decided I would have them stretched. Since, I am obsessed with this color and style.

Great boots if you take care of them. Use the FRye protectant and you'll be all set. They look great with leggings and skinny jeans.

Love these boots...but...

Prosbeautiful!
These are beautiful boots! I got the cognac color and it is so rich! I am petite, 5"1' 110 lbs. I have looked for years to find boots that do not come up too high. What is great about these boots is that they have the dip in the front that is perfect for my short legs and doesn't cut them off or make them look stubby. I have regular size calves and got the regular calf size. The only problem is the back of the boots slouch a bit and have dug into the back of my Achilles heel. I have ordered a pair of socks that have a gel back to help prevent the blistering. I really hope they work as they are otherwise so comfortable! I usually wear a 7 and I sized down to the 6.5. The 7 was too roomy and my foot slipped. I have only worn these twice and they have already stretched some. I have not had any trouble slipping them on or off. LOVE!
