I bought these boots in the cognac color and absolutely love them. They are very comfortable and go well with lots of outfits. Definitely worth the purchase!
I've had mine (in black) four years and they've aged very well, even throughout harsh winters. They are comfortable and look almost like new. One problem- the stitching along the top has started to come out a little, but it's pretty minimal and could be fixed. I'm usually a size 10 (or 10.5) and ordered a 9.
These boots are pricey but worth every penny spent. I had my last pair for 5 years and wore them nearly every day in the winter. Tips: keep a shell or rolled magazine in them when you aren't wearing them so they stay upright instead of falling over at the ankle. Runs true to size or slightly on the small side. I typically wear a 6 in pumps, 6.5 in boots/running shoes.
I had another pair of cognac boots that were worn out and wanted a similar colored pair to replace them, so turned to these. I was unsure about spending this much on shoes but decided to go with the splurge in the end, with hopes that these will last me a long time. The color is beautiful! I do have very narrow calves so these actually still run a little big in that area for me, but it appears less noticeable than other boots I've tried on.
