I bought these boots when they were on sale during the holiday season because every time I saw someone wear them, I thought the person looked so elegant! When I wear them now in the winter, I feel elegant too--they are really beautiful boots. They fit nicely and seem like they are durable and will last a long time. The foot is a little narrow for me because I have wider feet and sometimes it hurts my pinkie toe that has a little bump on it, but otherwise, perfect boots. Wait for a sale and get them then.
My original pair of these boots (I purchased at the anniversary sale in 2012) were wonderful, until I had some stitching that mysteriously came out in the middle of one of the boots. When I brought them in to see if they would replace or repair the boots, the woman I dealt with at the Mall of America Nordstrom in Minnesota was very helpful. She was able to find my electronic receipt and sent me a new pair as she did not think they would be able to repair them. I received the boots within 4 days from my return. Great service and the boots are fabulous! I had to give them 4 stars instead of 5 due to the stitching problem that I had.

Prosperfect
This boot is absolutely the perfect boot! It is a clean classic that will last for a very long time. Through all the different style changes this one will fall in place for all of them. So glad I bought these boots. Well worth the money.
