I bought these as a gift for my wife and she loved them.
The size she typically wears was a little big. Nordstrom customer service made the exchange process extremely easy; a new pair was in the mail the same day I called to inquire about an exchange.

I hesitated on purchasing these boots for the past few years - and finally gave in and did it this fall! My only regret is I should have done it sooner!! Love these boots!! Awesome!! And run true to size for me!
