Our daughter saw someone with these boots on campus and wanted the same pair, we found them at Nordstroms and she loves them, said she will wear them forever!

Bad fit

Some people just are not made to where boots. Still it is a nice looking boot.
Recommended by the shoe dept. manager...these did not disappoint. Wore them all weekend upon receiving them and there were no break~in issues as is sometimes the case with Fry boots. And, these are less western/cowgirlish and more like a classic riding style boot. The leather is thick, but supple and there is no zipper. They slip on and off easily and are very comfortable. I highly recommend, and I rarely do!

Beautiful Boots with Beautiful Service!
PostedOctober 31, 2013
I had bought these boots once before, and the boot started ripping away from the sole only a year after I bought them. For the amount they cost and the quality I expected from Frye, I was very disappointed. I took them into Nordstrom where a sales associate explained to me how Frye sews their boot into the sole, and if you work through your sole the stitching will come out. He replaced the boots no questions asked, and suggested I wear the new ones outside for a week until I get the bottom scuffed up a little. Then, he said to bring them back in and pay about $20 per shoe to get a special rubber lining put on the bottom. I'm so glad he told me this! These are my favorite boots. They are comfortable and they go with everything. Plus I spend a good portion of my day outside, which is why I opted for the Frye boot! I just didn't want to give up on them that quickly! I highly suggest them, and suggest doing this!
