Bought these boots and after a few wearings noticed a lump underneath the foam padding in one side. Nordstrom was very helpful in replacing these boots for me with no issues. Be sure to check for scratches and any lumps under the foam padding as another store noticed this lump as well. Must have been a Frye quality issue but Nordstrom customer service is excellent.

Beautiful, quality boot. Very hard to get on, but once you do get them on it gets easier and easier. Make sure to buy a boot horn when you buy the boots. It makes it so much easier to get them on. Comfortable and mold very well and very quickly to your foot, so don't worry if you buy them and struggle with getting them on and wearing them.

I love these boots! They are a bit hard to get on... but once you do, you'll love them! A timeless piece :)

These are way too hard to put on and the sales lady said to use a plastic grocery bag to put them on and that takes too much time for me. If they had a zipper they would be perfect. I'm so sad they didn't work out because they're beautiful!
