I bought the cognac color, they are gorgeous! Color is even better in person. They are true to size and didn't take any time to break in. I had purchased this same boot on the Internet from a different store. I sent them back because the color they sent me was more orange and not as comfortable. So glad that I went to Nordstroms and tried them on again. It was strange how the same boot was so different. Always a good idea to go to the store to try on, when purchasing Fryes. They are sooo worth the money! They will last for years!

Classic style -- will wear these for years to come! The cognac color is gorgeous and will look great with skinny jeans or a skirt with tights & leg warmers.

I bought these in black and I love them! They are so comfortable and they don't slouch or get misshapen like some other boots. The soles are a little slippery so I would recommend scuffing them up but overall these are such a great investment. I will definitely be purchasing in other colors!
