These boots are great! I love the smell of the leather and the feel. The 1/2 size smaller is perfect. I used the plastic bag trick with my first try of getting the boot on like suggested and it worked perfectly. I would recommend these boots to anyone. I look forward to wearing them for many years. The price was a bit high for me but the quality is there!

Not worth the money

Loved the look of the boot initially, but it completely fell apart right after the warranty expired (1y4mo). The leather sole wore through and the rest of the leather got stretched out/droopy. I’d expect more of a $300 boot.
This boot is #1 in my book! It fits true to size and feels amazing! The leather is so rich and stays looking more and more beautiful with each wear. The Melissa Button is my go to boot for almost every outfit. The length of the boot is perfect. It comes just below my knee and looks great with both jeans and dresses. You will not be disappointed with this boot as it wears. The leather molds to the foot and feels perfect every time. I cant wait to purchase another color in the Melissa Collection.
Gorgeous boots! I saw these in the store, but they only had an 8 regular calf. I normally wear an 8 1/2, AND I normally wear boots that have an elasticized calf, so that they're pretty close to my calf. These were really too small so the salesperson ordered them from another store. The extended calf is just a little too roomy for my liking, but with jeans you shouldn't be able to tell. One other thing, the color is gorgeous (slate), but the ones I saw in the store were more of a gray/brown, and the ones I received are dark brown. Still pretty.
