Who knew I could wear such a form fitting dress with horizontal bands? All I can say is WOW! My husband's eyes popped out of his head when I tried it on for him! I'm usually a 6 or an 8, so I ordered both sizes and the 8 fits much better. I got it in Pansy, which is a deep purple/plum color. It's a very rich color, and perfect for fall. I am pear-shaped and usually have to wear a-line dresses to cover by butt and thighs, but this dress manages to hug my curves and minimize them at the same time. It's my miracle dress!

This dress was perfect out of the box. I originally wanted the sapphire blue, but sent it back because the pansy was a better, richer look for me. The neckline needs to be tacked because it shows a little more than I am comfortable with showing. My husband likes the dress and he has no hesitation in telling me what he thinks. I am delighted with Nordstrom's ordering policy that allows me to order more than one color and doesn't charge for the shipping or a restock fee when something is returned. I wanted a dress for a wedding and tried Draper's and Damon's which was completely customer unfriendly. Nordstrom is the place for me.

True to size, great value, many compliments. Just ONE issue. It needs a snap or button on the inside cleavage area. It stays great when you are standing, but when you sit you get a gap, and a shot of your bra. I was able to pin in, and it worked. Other then that I felt and looked great!

it is a nice dress. The body fits very well. The V neckline is lower than what I normally will wear. However, the sleeves are too narrow. For size 8 body, we don't have the arms look like stick. Because the sleeve is too tight. whenever I moved my arm, it pull open the neckline which show my underneath bra. It is very pretty dress but not functional.
