I had a very special dinner event to go to in February (cold!!!!) and was thankful to find this dress still available at Nordstrom's. I purchased it in black, size 6 regular. I'm 5'4 and the dress hits me right above the knee....perfect! I followed another reviewer's advice of putting clothing tape over the stays on the hem to avoid hose snags. Worked great! This dress is well made and covered what I wanted covered without being dowdy or matronly. I received many compliments. This was my first Adrianna Papell dress, but it definitely won't be my last.

I unhappily returned this dress as it was just not cut for me as I am broad shouldered and small chested. The quality and color were wonderful. I had previously purchased a different style in this brand and was thrilled with it. I did not reorder in a smaller size because the event I was going to did not occur.

This dress looks great. I bought it in merlot and love the color. It is very rich looking and a nice change from black. The material is of a nice weight - it feels well-made and not cheap. I am a size 4 and the size 4 fit perfectly. I plan on wearing it at a wedding.
