This is literally exactly what I've been looking for. Thin material (so it doesn't add extra cushion -- I don't need that!!!), but strong enough that it is great support. I can have all sorts of motion and my bra stays in place. Finding bras that fit my F cup have always been extremely difficult and it is so exciting to have found one that works. This is 1000% worth the price.
