I own two pairs of these leggings in black. I wear them for hiking, yoga, crossfit, cycling, lifting, running...basically any kind of workout. I also wear them with long shirts/sweaters and boots to work and on the weekends. They truly are "live in" leggings. They are also reversible and the inside is a bit shinier if you want to change things up. Super comfortable to wear while going out on a Friday night or watching football on a Sunday. I wash and dry them frequently and they have kept their color and shape (for probably at least a year now). I own bottoms from Under Armour, Athleta, New Balance and Asics and I have to say, Zella's are my go to. I'm 5'5" about 120 lbs, athletic build (aka my thighs are larger in proportion to my waist) and a size S fits great.
Improvements - I would love to see these leggings offered in a lowrise. Even midrise pants/leggings (from any brand) are like highrises on me. I would also love to see more options in terms of color, patterns and finishes (shine!). I recently ordered a pair of "lustrous leggings" from the Koral brand and was totally disappointed in the fabric, quality and feel. Returned. If Zella would do something similar that would be fantastic!

These are excellent, versatile leggings. The quality is similar to lulu at a great price point. I had to size down to an XXS. I am a 4 in lulu wonder unders. They look great with chambrays, tunics, & longer tees. They can be dressed down with sneakers or dressed up with boots. Do yourself a favor and buy these and the free people cowl neck beach tunic for a perfect fall, cozy outfit. Love them!

Live In leggings by Zella

I'm on my 4th pair of Live In leggings from Zella. These are my absolute favorite leggings ever. They're much better quality than the leggings I've bought from another high end yoga apparel retailer and they're half the price, and most importantly NO PILLING. The rise on the waist is near perfect (could always be a little higher, I love high waist!) and the compression is GREAT, it hides a multitude of sins. I'm very short (5'1", size M) and they are a little long on me but it doesn't bother me at all. I go to hot yoga about 6-10 hrs a week and even the pairs I've owned for over a year are still in excellent shape.
I recently purchased these in the burgundy color and I'm obsessed with them, gorgeous fall color. I'm constantly searching the website to see when they go on sale because I cannot own enough pairs of these leggings. Keep up the good work Nordies!
