These leggings are supremely comfortable and well fitting, which is sometimes hard for me because my butt is much larger than my waist. There is enough stretch without the legging becoming sheer, even on the most stretched portions (which has been an issue with other high end legging brands). I do find these leggings better suited for casual day-wear on lazy sundays, as well as for yoga and cycling class. I didn't find them to be compressing enough for running, as I much prefer a compression tight for that activity. I have a few pairs from 3 years ago that are still beautiful and are impossible to tell apart from my newly purchased pairs, which is amazing. They last forever and are so, so worth it.
Am one of those women out there who's been uncertain about wearing leggings but these feel and look good. I agree the material is thick enough so there's no see-thru incidences. Comfy to wear around town doing errands, etc. Look forward to wearing it with a sweater & boots in colder weather.
I wanted to love these leggings because I have the capri length style and they are the only leggings I've ever worn that actually stay up! I have a booty with a smaller waist so leggings always fall down when I run. Unfortunately this style was way too long on my 5'4" body and looked sloppy with all the extra fabric around the ankles. I went to nordstrom to see if they could be hemmed (which nordstrom enthusiastically said they would!) but when I was in the fitting I noticed they were totally see through when I bent over! Not good for yoga and running stretches! I ended up just returning :(
