I bought these in an XS and they are a little tight in the waist, but fit fine in the hips. That is my problems since I have narrow hips-35.5". I bought a small in these last time and even though they are very comfortable, they bag at my bottom so an XS is better. They do stretch.
I decided to take a chance on these after reading CapHillStyle's love of them, as well as the many reviews here.
Exercise - I wore these to a flow yoga class and they were great. They don't have that moisture wicking feel to them but I didn't feel like they were retaining sweat, they were very breathable. They're perfect for winter working out.
Everyday - I love these for the everyday. I was not a tights wearer before, I find they either bunch or are sheer or something else, but not these. These make my butt look great - yup I said it. I could wear these everyday, they're so comfy!
I am a size 4 at Lulu and ordered both XXS and XS, I would go with the XXS if you are 2 - 4 at lulu.
