These are a little thick for yoga, I think, but would probably work well for running. I have compression tights for running already and was looking for a pair of weekend leggings to wear with long sweaters, etc. - to "live-in," if you will - and these are great.
I ordered the small and the medium; I'm usually a 4, maybe a 6 on bottom, which according to the size chart would put me in a small, and while both fit me and the small might have been better for exercising, I kept the medium for day-to-day. (For reference, I'm 5'10" and 145lbs.) I have long legs and these hit about where I wanted them to at the ankle - may be long on shorter women.
The thicker material means these aren't indecent and don't show lumps and bumps like other leggings do. Super comfortable, soft material, not dull but not super shiny like many leggings. Reversible, with a small, unsealed hidden pocket in the front waistband that would fit id/credit card/a key. Definitely worth the money.

These leggings live up to their name, I seriously "live in" them. They are soft, stretchy and not at all see through, which I have found to be a problem with most other leggings. They can be used for working out, lounging or they can be paired with boots, a dress or just about anything else! These leggings are quality, versatile, and fashionable!

Hands down favorite leggings. I truly could (and often do) live-in these. Great for yoga and/or everyday lounging.

I love these leggings. They are warm and comfortable. I got them for yoga but they might be a little thick for that.
