These are the best leggings ever! You do want to go down a size, otherwise you will be constantly pulling them up. Heed the advice of the sales person. They are warm, comfortable and wash up very nicely.

I bought these leggings to wear under long sweaters or sweater dresses. I have a LOT of Lululemon pieces, and I truly don't see Zella pieces being comparable to Lulu in terms of stretch, fit and comfort. In other words, I do think you get what you pay for.
I always wear a size 8 in pants at Lulu (Groove and Wunder Unders), and ordered a medium in these - the waist was perfect, but with my athletic thighs and calves, the legs were too tight. I ended up exchanging for a large, which is a bit too loose in the waist, but much more comfortable in the legs. Time will tell how well these leggings hold up, but they seem well made and I can see why others are happy with them.
Their name, "live in" leggings, is so accurate - I literally live in them! Would recommend them to anyone. I wear them all the time - they are thick and comfortable and flattering. I am about to buy a second pair.

Have worn most all of the fitness brands over the years (am 65). Have recently tried the Zella line and I am a major fan. Definitely agree with all the varied accolades in the very large number of reviews. These are the highest quality products and completely worth the price points. My main disappointment is the narrow range of colors. Please amp up the innovation and imagination. Would love more excitement (see Nike choices). Also, as previously noted by others, these particular leggings do run long (am 5"6" and 120 lbs.). For the correct fit, I too had to bunch them up at the ankles. Not a big deal, however. Would buy more, in a heartbeat, if and when the color selection improves.
