These are great leggings with high quality design and manufacturing but they run a full size larger than "normal." I buy small or sometimes medium in other legging brands depending on fabric and pattern but wish I had ordered XS. Whatever your size, SIZE DOWN to avoid bunching fabric and sliding waistband.
