This is a subtle and delicate necklace. It is very pretty, but turned out to be not long enough for what I wanted. You can put it around your neck only twice. Pretty expensive, but I decided to keep it because I wear it with another black necklace and that looks nice. It also tangles very easily, so you must treat it gently. A nice piece.

I had been looking at this necklace for some time before purchasing and decided to order it even though some of the reviews said it arrived tangled. I thought those were isolated incidents. When mine arrived it was ridiculously tangled. It took about 20-25 minutes to de-tangle. It is really a lovely necklace but seriously I am surprised Nordstom would send it out this way. If you like it a lot order it but expect to have to put some work into it before wearing it.

Prosperfect for me!
I was looking for a long, delicate piece that didn't cost a fortune and I finally found it! This is the perfect length for wearing long and wrapping for a layered look. It can be added to other shorter necklaces too and it's not overwhelming. It was the perfect piece for me!

Prossubtle, blingy, demure, understated, elegant
I was about 35 when I finally acquired a quality diamond solitaire necklace, and when I did, I looked at my ridiculously full jewelry armoire and thought that if I had bought the diamond solitaire earlier in life, I could have saved a lot of money and avoided filling up the armoire with the mix of various pieces that are less wearable. I say this to emphasize that this "long illusion" necklace is one of those pieces that, similar to a classic diamond solitaire necklace, is classic and very wearable. When I brought my necklace home, I tried it on with a series of looks, and it was a winner for almost every outfit. It even dressed up the casual vneck cotton sweaters and long sleeve crew neck t-shirts that I wear with jeans. Adding a bit more flavor and style to my denim+shirt looks is going to be ridiculously easy with this necklace. This piece is going to be my "go-to" gift for special ladies (mom, sister, best friend) this year.
