I was really looking forward to this dress arriving. I was convinced it would be perfect. Wrap style dresses are rarely a miss. First, it had been thrown in a box, no plastic or anything, paper placed on top and sent. I was quite unimpressed but the packaging doesn't really matter. I am bigger chested and usually look better with an open neck. This looked like it would have enough, but for me the dress completely covered me up on top. I could not get it to lay back. The waist was very nice, however the bottom seemed huge. I am an hourglass shape but slightly bigger on bottom. I looked very small from the waist up and quite large on the bottom. The worst of it all is that the zipper is on the side and ends about mid to low hip. It puckered A LOT and was unsightly. I would not have kept the dress for that reason alone but had the other issues anyway. I had originally planned on wearing this dress to an evening wedding. I was questioning that choice after it arrived because it looked more like a dress for the office than evening wedding (ordered midnight color). I guess you could dress it up with a fancy brooch at the waist and great shoes.

This dress will take you from the office and then out to dinner/drinks. The fabric is nicer than I expected and thinner after reading some of the reviews (this is good, I bought the dress for the spring/summer/fall (although you could wear this dress year 'round). The color is very nice, unique, more colorful than navy. The only thing detracting from the dress is the zipper, it rubs a little under my arm. I wish there were other colors available in my size, they are sold out!

This dress is very comfortable and works well for work and evening. I found it to be true to size, but I will need to take it in for an alternation in order to achieve a perfect fit. I am looking forward to wearing it to my new job!

Very flattering style to wear. great color. I bought 4 dresses to wear to one event and this was the one I chose. Also travels well.
