This is a beautiful perfect dress! It looks very nice on my figure. I also like the length - not too short. I'm planning to wear it to a wedding in October.

Miracle dress, perfect fit

I have the classic hourglass figure, seemingly with a bit more around the middle with each passing day. This dress was a miracle in terms of fit. It snugs you in around the midsection while having good coverage on top and being flattering on the backside. I felt positively skinny! The only compliant is the fabric. Called "matte jersey," it actually reminds me of an inexpensive polyester. Maybe jersey is the new word for polyester. While I wish it came in a different fabric, I'm going to buy it in two colors. I ordered tobacco, which is a true brown, and hematite, which is similar in color to the Nordstrom logo -- a grayish-brown. I'm going to return one of the two since they are so similar and order it in a third color.

If I could only own one dress for work and weekends it would be this one. I first bought the navy blue and will add the burgundy and hematite colors to my wardrobe this fall. Whenever I can't decide what to wear, I go to this dress, then it's just so easy to add a scarf, a necklace, a sweater or jacket or pashmina. It will travel with me to London along with my LBD this fall. I'll wear it with boots & tights to museums during the day and then switch up shoes and bag for the theater in the evening. Love it!!!
