I purchased these boots twice and both times I was DISAPPOINTED! The first pair, size 8 was too small and the zipper didn't go all the way down so I could get them on. After fighting with it for several minutes, I was successful. They were so tight that my big toe was going to eventually find its way out, and they would not zip up completely. I returned them and reordered the size 9. The fit was better, more comfortable, but the zipper was still bad. That's when I had to concede to the poor quality of this boot. The zipper separated on both feet of the second pair, even before I zipped them up. They are certainly not worth the price. I'm done. This brand is not for me or worth my money.
I have been eyeing these boots and finally bought them. They fit my feet really well and are pretty comfortable for boots although the soles don't have a ton of extra support. My only complaint is that the black dye rubs off onto socks. I have yet to wear them with pants but I'm a little worried about them getting discolored. I'm keeping them because they are very cute but I will need to choose clothing accordingly.
Bought these boots because I love the look, I'm a dedicated Minnetonka customer. I love the brand but I was disappointed with these boots because they would not zip all the way up. I do not have big, fat or athletic calves. They are just too tight. I have many pairs of moccasin boots made by Minnetonka and all fit fine except these. Needless to say I had to return them. I wish the store would have carried these so I could have tried them on.
