This mascara was very disappointing. I applied the first coat and I thought this is going to be a great mascara, but when I tried to apply the 2nd it was horrible. Got clumpy, would'nt lengthen, became very dry. I guess I was expecting more.

I usually use Bobbi Brown's standard mascara, and like it... but thought I would try this. I was not disappointed! It doesn't glob, it has plenty of pigment, and it's got fairly good staying power. I do think that Bobbi Brown's has more and stays on longer (I like it to stay on about 14 hours at times). I'll go back to Bobbi Brown for the mascara, but I'm glad I tried this. My lower lashes are sparse, and it does seem to be able to "grab on" to them and bring color where there isn't.
