Proslengthening, defining
i do love this primer but it is a lot for something that you can get the same results with the cheaper Lancome primer. get the Cils Booster XL it does the same job!
you are actually just paying more for the vibration effect but honestly there is no difference. but if you are happy to show off that you have this expensive mascara base then go for it.
This gets at each of my lashes and make them look so long and beautiful.

This is the best lash primer I have ever tried and I've tried several. It's not gloppy or clumpy like some others. The vibrating really does lengthen. One coat of this and one coat of mascara and it looks like I have false eyelashes! Love it!

I love love love this oscillation lash primer! It isn't as much the oscillation itself (I rarely use it) but I prefer the applicator brush on this over the brush on the regular primer. I believe the formula is probably the same but it works great! The brush is so easy to use and it keeps my lashes from sticking together and gives them a nice coat before I apply my mascara!! This is a must-have product! I've used it for years!
