I have used the primer for several year and I won't go without it. It makes a huge difference in the length and thickness of my lashes. This is the first time I have used the oscilliating application primer. It is even better! It goes on so smoothly and is easy to use. It only oscilliate when the button is down so it is very easy to control. My lashes are thick and long and beautifully separated. I follow this with definicils mascara.
