Confused.... Why discontinue a product that people actively buy? I have been a customer for close to 20 years. Whats even more confusing is response by Kiehls. I have been told its both discontinued and NOT discontinued. I have been told it will be returning and also not returning. Which one is it, why isnt there a straight answer?

Original Musk Oil

L’Oreal plus stop ruining a generational staple. It is not a product that “doesn’t move” and therefore needs to be replaced with something “new, innovative and on trend”. This oil sells out as soon as you ship it out. I myself buy 8 bottles every time I find because you continually try to “innovate”. The oil and the spray are cheap imitations and even my beloved oil has been changed but maintains its innate basic qualities. I have been a loyal Kiehl’s user for 40 years - I attribute any youthful qualities in my skin to kiehl’s - but if the oil is gone …. Then so am I
