I don’t understand why they changed the packaging for this item. Please please bring back the roller ball to dispense the oil! First they discontinue it and they bring it back and now they change it. I have been a long time customer and now I’m not pleased with this.

about to lose a committed customer.

for years I have bought Kiehls products -- moisturizers, cleansers, etc. my love for Kiehl's began because of my love for their essential musk oil. not giving their customers what they want / when they want and for months on end is incredibly frustrating. I have started to purchase musk from other companies, and the rest of my skincare purchases will follow.

I will always use Keihl's musk oil. It's amazing

I have been using Keihls musk oil for 30 yrs. It is the only fragrance that I use. I have gotten compliments on this "Love Oil" from the first time I wore it, from men and women alike. I loved the way this oil smelled immediately. Its a clean fragrance with a dark, spicey and mysterious aroma. It leaves a lingering whisper in the air any place you go. A little applied wherever you like will stay with you for a very long time. I will never use anything else but Keihls musk oil.
