Great cushioning
PostedJune 22, 2013
Prossuperior quality, supreme cushioni
I became a fan of Thorlo socks last year when I was faced with blistering feet as a result of marathon training. This particular "running" style has a bit more cushioning but does not provide quite as much wicking action as does the original Thorlo Experia. I like them both a lot and both last forever - making them well worth the investment, but for hot, humid days when I am running very long distances, I prefer the Experia, as the slightly thinner (but still very cushioned) material of those, deal with my foot sweat more effectively. I'd recommend buying both - simply b/c the thicker/thinner socks fit better with certain running shoes. (If I could, I'd assign these socks 4.5 stars.)

Prossupportive, comfortable, durable, worth it
I love my Thorlo socks!! I couldn't find them anywhere in town. I did a google search and was so happy to find them at Nordstrom. Online service and delivery was perfect. I love thorlos. They are worth the money. I had to label them (April 2012) because my dog kept burying mine and my husbands. I needed to keep track who's sock was who's. Luckily that entire year my dog left my socks alone (I had to put them on the top shelf to keep it away from him). At the one year mark, it was time to replace Thorlo. The elasticity was shot. So here goes another year!! I love Tholo (so does my dog)

Great sock

These are very cushion-ey, and I don't have the problem with slippage like some do. I bought a pair of Nike no shows at the same time, and those slip down into my shoe, so am returning those. I've read reviews of both socks, and each has ravers, and each also has the complaint that they won't stay up. I guess it's just trial and error to see which works for you. Wish there was a way to tell before I bought them, but glad that Nordstrom will take them back without a hassle.

Super soft

Prossuper soft, comes in sizes
Thorlo socks are wonderful, like walking on marshmallows. As an extra plus, they actually come in sizes, so you don't have an extra 2 inches of sock wadded up in the back of your shoe.
