Sorel Does it Again!

This is my second pair of Sorel's. I bought a pair of taller ones 4 years ago and they are still kickin'. I bought this pair because I needed a boot that wasn't as intense as my other Sorels; A boot that would still keep my feet warm and dry for smaller amounts of snow and cold weather. And it does just that. Not only are they winter appropriate, but your feet look good. Stylish, comfy, warm, and small details (which I love!) in fabric choice and lining.

Good all-purpose waterproof boot

These boots are warm, about as fashionable as waterproof boots can be, and they make my feet look small in comparison to most other waterproof boots. They do run a bit short; I am a size 8 1/2 and ordered a 9. The 9 works well for me, but there is not a significant amount of extra room at all. This isn't the kind of boot I'd use for working out in the yard or walking around in the bay (on the coast) . . . this is the perfect "people will see me and I want to look good and keep my feet dry and warm" boot.

They look exactly like the picture though mine came with red laces. When my husband was tearing up the box he found the teal laces. I almost threw them out. I didn't realize they came with both colors.
I ordered half size up so I can wear them with a little thicker sock. I haven't worn them in sustained cold yet. I'm hoping they are warm as that is why I bought them, but I'm not sure they will be based on their construction. Definitely water tight though. I'll just wear a heavier sock if needed. The boot is very stylish and I've gotten lots of compliments.

Absolutely perfect for the winter season. Really warm and comfy boots that I'll be wearing everyday in the snow! Order half size down!
