Prosfunctional, stylish, practical, warm
I knew I wanted to get some sorrel's this year... always warm, and good quality. I needed something easy to get on and off, from ski boots to hanging out drinking beers in the snow with friends, to work boots at a school just hanging out at a bar. I'm usually a 7 1/5 and went ahead and didn't size up or down according to most reviews. They are a little spacious which is great because i can wear my ski socks or any big and fuzzy socks with them. The reason they don't 5 stars is because the upper design part is NOT waterproof, although it's not that big of a deal.. I haven't had any problems with getting wet thus far.. Guess they wouldn't be a good rain boot, but for any snow elements I definitely recommend! I have the olive with red plaid and may even order the black ones for a second pair...

I needed a pair of waterproof boots for walking the dog and after trying on different types and styles decided on these. I have a wide calf and was not able to fit in many of the classic type rain boots. These are wonderful. After reading reviews was a bit confused on sizing so I ordered an 8 1/2 online since Nordstrom did not carry half sizes in the store. I am a pretty true 8 1/2 but they felt a bit snug in the toe. Brought them to the store and tried on the size 9 to compare and decided on the size 9. I am glad I did. Wore them today in the first rain and have to say they are very comfortable!

I got these boots for my move to Boston. I figured I would be walking out in the snow this winter and wanted a cute walking boot. They are super toasty warm and not too heavy to walk around in all day.
