I'm from the Gulf Coast, but my fiance is from the north originally, so I figured I needed to invest in winter gear for our visits up to his family. I did a lot of research online, and these were VERY highly rated winter boots. As a stylist, I was also very concerned with aesthetics; these met all my needs. They perform very well in snow and ice -- I didn't slip or slide at all! I do suggest wearing higher socks or some thick leggings/pants when getting used to them...I got a little cut from the top of the boot on my ankle when I wore them all day. Overall, A+.

I saw people wearing these boots and thought they were really cute and I had to have them. I am so glad I bought them! They are not only cute but so warm. I live in Boston and we are no strangers to bad weather and these boots work perfectly. Love them! I saw on other reviews that they run a little big, I normally take a size 6 but I got a 5.5 because of what I read and I was glad I did. They fit perfectly. Completely recommend these boots.

It rains in Oregon-oh not is not a surprise?? Don't know why it has taken me so long to own a proper pair of boots-have lived here all my life and am a huge fan of all the Columbia Sportswear family of fine products. First time Sorel purchase and I LOVE LOVE the TIVOLI Boots. They are first and foremost really good looking and stylin'. Next they are super comfortable. I rated them as running a bit small and what I meant by that is a bit, just a bit, narrow. The length is fine. Last, they are waterproof. I walk my dog in a local park every Saturday and Sunday no matter what Mother Nature (Ma Gert?) throws at us. My boots arrived on a Friday. I wore them for the next two days-sloshing around the park and doing all my errands. Forgot that I had them on. Stayed comfortable, warm and dry! :) Happy Booting to you!
