After receiving a pair with 2 fairly severe quality issues, AE made it right and replaced with a perfect pair. Love the shoes in every way. I do wish the AE would institute major improvements in their final QA inspection. Out of the 5 pair recently ordered, 2 pair have had serious defects and had to be replaced. FYI, all these shoes are 1sts.
I will continue to be an AE fan as their QC checked shoes are great.
