Just took delivery of the Fifth Avenue in dark chili--WOW! This shoe is wildly elegant; it is based on the sleekest of AE's shoe lasts--the 65, but this is not your basic balmoral! The extremely high quality leather in dark chili is rich and lustrous with darker toning on the perfed top cap--an in-your-face-level of sophistication. If you don't mind people noticing your shoes and giving you complements, get this shoe.

Delivered promptly. Leather of one shoe nicked upon arrival. Would be better if each shoe was in a separate sock/bag. Not enough to go through hassle of return. I will continue to support Allen Edmonds because it’s American made. Please bring back the quality standards that use to define your shoes.
